In 2022, Arepas Pues entered a new chapter under the visionary leadership of our current owner, Rodrigo Encinales. Driven by a passion for culinary excellence, Rodrigo modernized the restaurant and infused it with renewed energy, all while staying true to our roots. Guided by our new slogan of Unmatched Quality, Unforgettable Service, he introduced a range of new delicacies to our menu, elevating the dining experience for our beloved patrons.
Rodrigo's culinary journey began with perfecting traditional recipes, from crispy, golden arepas to succulent empanadas and aromatic sancocho. Under his stewardship, we have embraced technological advancements, including a state-of-the-art digital point of sale system and a tailored digital menu that caters to the evolving needs of our customers.
